#163 : Fixed the issue of the social media links not working

Description

I have created an array of objects that contains all of the details for the links. Right now, I have added dummy home page links for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and mailto:info@joblane.com.
So it is in a structured format, so the main owner of this repository only needs to replace the social media links.
