Stefan Giovanni Imperato Lozano

Founder & Lead Full-Stack Engineer | Final-year Computer Science student

I build and ship production software across full-stack web (React, TypeScript, Node, Cloudflare, Supabase) and applied AI / information retrieval. I care about clean architecture, security, and shipping things real users depend on.

Currently a final-year Computer Science student at the University of Salerno, open to paid internships and part-time software roles, remote or based in Salerno, Italy.

What I'm building: CeroPixels

Founder & Lead Full-Stack Engineer. A multi-tenant SaaS in production that runs an entire image-retouching operation (upload, retouch, quality control, client delivery) for an international fashion-retail client. I lead a team of five across development and operations.

Stack: React 18 + TypeScript (Vite), Cloudflare Pages Functions, scheduled Workers, private R2 storage, Supabase Auth + Postgres.

Engineering: secure multi-tenant isolation, server-side authorization, role-based access (5 roles), fail-closed workflow gates, presigned uploads, data-retention automation, architecture decision records, and automated security tests.

Competition wins

1st place: Spanish Sentiment Analysis (university NLP competition, InterTASS). Macro-F1 of 0.668. Fine-tuned and ensembled Spanish/multilingual transformers (RoBERTuito, BETO, Cardiff XLM-R) with logit-space averaging and a hierarchical cascade classifier, trained on a 4 GB laptop GPU. Python, PyTorch, Transformers.

1st place: Information Retrieval search engine (university IR tournament). MAP@10 of 0.635 over a 100,000-document corpus. Hybrid dense + BM25/TF-IDF retrieval, Cross-Encoder reranking, LightGBM LambdaRank, and Reciprocal Rank Fusion. Python, LightGBM.

Context Prism is an Obsidian plugin that turns local Markdown notes into compact, token-aware context packs for AI assistants. Local-first, TF-IDF/BM25 ranking, multilingual, no telemetry. TypeScript.

Obsidian Second Brain Starter is a clean starter kit for a practical second brain: MOCs, properties, templates, and review workflows.
