1. Converters: use Triqler with various outputs of other programs such as MaxQuant, Quandenser and DIA-NN.
2. Hyperparameters: plot the hyperparameter distributions for your data set
3. Posteriors: visualize the posterior distribution outputs of Triqler for your protein of choice
