The tls-parser state table only reaches the "session now encrypted" bypass state directly from ServerHello; we need to add handling for ClientChangeCipherSpec added in RFC 8446 Appendix D.4. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
