Time Of Day Realistic Condition (Beta)

This feature adds a new condition for trains that work just like the time of day condition, except that it takes into account things like delays. The original condition Waits until the time of day it is set to and then departs. In contrast, the Realistic condition will check at what time it was supposed to arrive, and if it already passed that time it will depart immediately upon arrival (Unless you have other conditions that prevent it from departing).

⚠️ This feature doesn't completely work, do not use it on server where stability of your train network is a priority!
