- shared.ts now delegates to resolveConfig() from otper-cli, which walks plugin-config → OTPER_TOKEN env → ~/.otper-cli/<profile>/ config.json. A single 'otper auth:login' now serves both the CLI and this plugin. - README points at https://otper.com/settings/tokens for token generation and documents the three-way config resolution.
