With optional suffix control over inproc

Someone requested me to add support for running multiple versions of this in the same process, for which RpcServer now accepts a suffix that is tagged with every internal inproc resource.

With proxy start stop: bugfix

This is a bugfix release for use of zmq service in a different thread
