Boost 1.70+ compatibility

Boost asio changed for boost 1.70+
If you are on mac , earlier versions will not compile as io_service is depreciated .
Hence sic.

Direct Compilation with standard libraries

This build onward there is no need to install libraries from source on mac and ubuntu.

Pre Release stable

This is a stable version, subsequent developments will drop centos support and simplify the build
