chore: add .ruff_cache and pytest-cache-files to gitignore

This PR prevents local tool-generated cache directories from cluttering git status or accidentally being committed.

• Added .ruff_cache/ to ignore Ruff's local state.
• Added pytest-cache-files-*/ to ignore dynamically named pytest artifacts.
• Verified that these files were not already tracked in the repository index.
