- Add index.json generation with songs and songbooks metadata
- Fixes.
- Songbook editor.
- Created create_index_json() function to generate metadata file - Includes all songs with title, URLs (HTML, PDF A4/A5), and optional fields (artist, genre, lang, text_author, aliases) - Includes all songbooks with title, URLs (EPUB, PDF A4/A5), and optional fields (subtitle, url, publisher, place) - JSON file generated alongside index.html during build process
