Updated README to reflect changes for Captivate 2, including new features and updated links.

Add process-isolated laser engine with FB4/BEYOND transport, ILDA playback fixes, and expanded editor UI. Add LAN remote control (HTTP/WebSocket) with slim web client and Connections settings. Mark Lighting 3D preview as alpha with Captivate toggle switches and compact room controls. Includes DMX/fixture, WLED, modulation, and keyboard shortcut improvements.
