Updated H6 36-2-2-2 to account for crank sprocket mounted on back of engine resulting in counter-clockwise rotation. Added Single Cam (EZ30D) and Double Cam (EZ30R) wheel patterns utilizing Mike501's changes in PR/59. Each Cam has 3 evenly spaced teeth, similar to Toyota's 2JZ

Altered Subaru 36-2-2-2 H6 wheel pattern to account for counter-clockwise rotation (sprocket mounted on back of engine). Added Single Cam (EZ30D Engine) and Double Cam (EZ30R or EZ30D.mkii) wheel support and tested on Arduino Uno using changes in Mike501's Pr/59 . Also altered the UI/package start command to work with my wsl.
