…sum to follow when the tarballs are ready. Score-P v10.0 newly requires: * OTF2 3.2+ * CUDA 11.6+ for +cuda * rocprofiler-sdk for +hip Drops: * rocm-smi-lib for 10.0+ * rocprofiler-dev for 10.0+ (no longer need roctracer) Dropped redundant MPI `depends_on` that only applied to older versions.
