Unit tests were added for defringe.py. Changes were made to defringe.py to print more information with regard to zero or negative values in the fringe flat and data quality flags (if any) in the fringe flat.

Unit tests following the artifactory fits diff format used in other stistools tools were added independently of these tests, unclear whether these are needed in addition to those at this time. |
