💡 What:
Optimized the organization profile assets and rendering performance by minifying SVGs and improving the image loading strategy in the README.

🎯 Why:

  • The existing SVGs contained redundant path elements and unoptimized coordinates.
  • Large, complex SVGs can delay the rendering of the organization profile.
  • The organization logo is the Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) element and should be prioritized.

📊 Impact:

  • Reduced SVG file size by ~5% (from 2.7KB to 2.56KB) while maintaining visual integrity.
  • Significantly reduced DOM complexity by merging 17 separate path elements into 2 (one stroke path, one fill path).
  • Improved perceived performance and LCP by adding fetchpriority="high" and decoding="async".

🔬 Measurement:

  • Visual integrity verified with Playwright screenshots.
  • File size reduction measured with ls -lh.
  • DOM complexity reduction verified by inspecting the SVG source.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17221495328904534817 started by @soktri3
