This PR restores repository content to the exact tree at
5b16ccf5abe43b0f0a2bd4992c9138cffd494f36. It undoes the subsequent merge that removed submission artifacts from that baseline.No source/config/workflow logic changes beyond the merge revert.
Resulting state
HEADfile tree now matches commit5b16ccf(content-equivalent state via revert commit, no history rewrite).
