Typos and casing from the proofreading sweep: the homepage TIFT
metric (Time to First Token, so TTFT), OpenAI-Compatible hyphenation
in four places, US spellings (flavors, analog, canceled), PostgreSQL
casing, a lowercase sentence start, two hyphens standing in for em
dashes, Third-Party heading style, and a mangled sentence in the
pd-disaggregation guide ('DP>1 prefill workers are not minted for').
Link corrections from the integrity audit: two Gateway Extensions API
anchors pointed at headings that do not exist (#tokenize,
#parse-function-calls -> #tokenizer-management, #parser-utilities),
the logging prerequisites link drops readers at the top of the index
instead of #install, and both all-guides listings on the
getting-started index omitted the KV Events Cache-Aware Routing and
External Providers guides that the sidebar lists.
