Closes #17. Drift CI now fails when a public non-archived org repo is absent from topics.json / seo-metadata.json; adds hollow-grid-py rows. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Seat token can set topics but not homepage; leave homepage empty so the drift check stays green until an admin fills About. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
