The build process for BOARD=maixsense with EXTRAWIFI=yes fails at lib/compilation-prepare.sh because the upstream repository https://github.com/150balbes/wifi is no longer accessible (prompts for auth / 404).
This PR removes the fetch and patch block for rtl8822bs to prevent the build script from halting, allowing other Wi-Fi modules (like xr829) to be compiled successfully.
