Feature dark mode toggle

Description

This PR implements the dark mode feature requested in Issue #130, providing users with the ability to switch between light and dark themes across the application.

Changes Made

• Added a dark mode toggle for seamless theme switching.
• Implemented theme state management to apply the selected theme throughout the application.
• Integrated localStorage persistence to remember the user's theme preference across page reloads and future sessions.
• Ensured the saved theme is automatically applied when the application loads.
• Updated relevant components and styling to support both light and dark modes consistently.
