I lead Human Resources Technology Strategy at BHP, where I govern a high-value technology transformation portfolio and direct the organisation's Workforce AI Strategy. I do this work from inside one of the world's most complex enterprises - not from the outside looking in.

I publish Phronesis on Substack - fortnightly analysis and philosophical essays on workforce strategy, AI governance, and organisational design. The publication takes its name from Aristotle's concept of practical wisdom: the capacity to reason well about complex situations and act on that reasoning.
