- Removed the old sole-blocker acceleration scheduling path.
- Added scaled defaults for:
- probe_edges_min_for_stop
- probe_panel_edges
- probe_pairs_per_refit_per_spoke
- active refit pair floor
- Added probe quality gates for near-boundary coverage, extreme-rate limits, midrange coverage, unique hub/spoke coverage, rank-bin coverage, near-boundary Brier, and ECE.
- Added quality fields to link_stage_log schema and persistence/backfill paths.
- Updated probe panel construction to use configurable rank bins.
- Updated docs via devtools::document().
