SS-9501 Dynamic table generation

This is the first part of the task - dynamically generating markdown tables. The source of truth are now examples.json files that contain all information required to dynamically create the tables, as well as the dynamic model change detection and adaptation (2. part of this task).

The bigger PR features:

• Enhanced and extended repo setup.
• Validation logic triggered on commit.
• Table creation based on examples.json files.

Open for part 2:

• Detecting changed GH models and using the SDKs to adjust them.
• Creating and exposing a JSON data file that allows to parse the tutorial-data easily.
