What changed

  • adds a visible Cite PALO section near the top of the README
  • surfaces the preferred 2026 Rivista Corporate Governance citation and journal identifiers
  • restructures public recognition into research publication, public presentation/provenance, and independent coverage
  • links the README to CITATION.cff and the Recognition & Sources page
  • removes the temporary publication helper files from the resulting branch

Why

PALO is both an open-source framework and a published research artifact. The README should distinguish bibliographic evidence from event provenance and media/institutional references, while making the preferred citation immediately discoverable.

Validation

  • README patch generated and validated with git diff --cached --check
  • branch content reviewed after publication
  • temporary helper files are absent from the publication branch
