What changed

  • makes PALO Evidence Pack the only primary website and README activation route
  • adds a preloaded synthetic case, three gold cases and a voluntary local SHA-256 validation receipt
  • adds case:contribute to generate, validate and prepare Community Casebook pull requests
  • records the 30-day module freeze, canonical Discussions channel, five-day activation window, founding review protocol and public feedback log
  • publishes the v3.0.1 release metadata and deterministic distribution build

Why

PALO already had broad strategy and many modules, but its public front door did not reduce time to first evidence. This change concentrates activation on one promise: give PALO one AI use case and leave with a reviewable dossier in less than ten minutes.

User and contributor impact

The sample runs locally without an account or mandatory telemetry. The receipt proves schema checks and digest binding only; it is not certification, legal advice, production approval or independent assurance. Existing PALO modules remain available as downstream tools.

Validation

  • npm run p0
  • 29 Node agentic/runtime tests and 3 Python connector tests
  • Evidence Pack tests: 4/4
  • deterministic source and dist validation
  • browser smoke across 85 public HTML pages
  • completed Evidence Pack and receipt flow at 375px and 390px with no horizontal overflow
  • independent frontend evaluation: PASS after one revision
