Adding info to functions

After commenting in #160, I'm adding these fields to the functions:

• uses-enum: string, a table related to the function but not directly to its parameters or return value, it can be a category of constants or an array of constants.
• other-values: boolean, overwrite "other-values" in the category of constants.

in the arguments:

• range: array [ start, end ].
