feat(youtube): add YouTube Scraper API sub-client (v0.15.1)#4

YoutubeClient (client.youtube) with search/videos/channels/playlists/ comments/transcript/trending/reference sub-clients + full frozen Pydantic models mirroring the backend. Top-level Youtube*-prefixed model exports. Bump 0.15.0 -> 0.15.1. Built on a clean checkout of main (the working repo had unrelated WIP).
