client.loopnet — commercial-real-estate (CoStar) search, listing detail, broker profile, markets, and property types across loopnet.com/.ca/.co.uk/.fr/.es (US/CA/UK/FR/ES). Mirrors the zillow nested sub-client shape (search/listings/brokers/reference) with fully-typed maximal-coverage Pydantic models. Backend is behind Akamai (browser-farm-only) via the ScrapeBadger farm. (SCR-102)

Mirrors the Zillow nested sub-client shape:search.search(),listings.get(),brokers.get(),reference.markets(),reference.property_types(), with fully-typed maximal-coverage Pydantic models (prefixedLoopnet*exports).Backend is live in prod (SCR-102) — LoopNet is Akamai-guarded (browser-farm-only) and served via the ScrapeBadger farm.
Verified locally: ruff check + format clean, mypy --strict passes (124 files), package builds and imports (
ScrapeBadger.loopnet,LoopNetClient,Loopnet*models). Version 0.16.0 → 0.17.0.
