Adds a full Zillow client mirroring the realtor module: search (+21 filters) & autocomplete, property detail (~99 fields incl nested home_facts/price_history/tax_history/schools/zestimate_history/home_insights), agent profiles (reviews/past_sales/licenses), and markets. Version 0.15.5→0.15.6. ruff + mypy (107 files) + 572 tests green. Part of SCR-99.
