Bump the scrapebadger SDK dependency to >=0.10.0 so Reddit tools surface the expanded .json field set. Bumps MCP server 0.1.1 -> 0.1.2.

Bump scrapebadger SDK dep to >=0.10.0 (expanded Reddit fields, scrape-badger/scrapebadger#189) + server 0.1.2. Only pyproject.toml changed.
