Adds a new top-level section Name Generators between World Generation - Standalone Software and Layout and Graphics, seeded with one entry: Surname Generator (https://surname-generator.com).

Naming traditions are a core worldbuilding concern that didn't fit the existing map / graphics / blog categories. Happy to move the entry into a different section if you'd prefer — or leave the new section as a seed for future name / language / culture generators.

What it is: a free in-browser surname generator with 29 real cultures (English, Japanese, Russian, Brazilian, Nigerian, Korean, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Irish, Scottish, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Vietnamese, Filipino, Indian, ... + more) plus dedicated fantasy, D&D (split by race — Dwarf/Elf/Halfling/Tiefling), and sci-fi generators. Ethnicity pools are sampled from real census/registry frequency lists; fantasy/sci-fi engines build invented names from designed morphemes. No signup, no payment.

New section between World Generation and Layout, seeded with a free in-browser surname generator covering 29 real cultures + fantasy/D&D/sci-fi.
