Ability to create a PRF, ability to generate a single event collection of histograms, "Observe" (more of a cute animation, not anything useful really), most importantly the loop to change resistances and take data on new resistance pads! All files are saved with FileType_UnixTime (File Types are: Single Event, PRF, ResistanceVaried).
Allows construction to be done with an input file instead of hardcoded constructions.
Also need to pass new parameters to Convolute Loop
Needed to add another identifier to the loop that changes the resistances, so that they will be able to be distinguished from one another, otherwise it's useless!

All of the code necessary to set up a run to scan in x and y like a PRF as well as change the resistance values, have float value sized pads, and change dimensions with input files instead of re-compiling. I will get the PRF code up once I get it running nicely, hopefully soon.
