Added per-tab active scope tracking via a new activeScope property in the tab object stored in chrome.storage.local. Scope is recorded as subscription, tenant, or global and updated across all background update flows (active tab toggle, inactive tab update, set-all-tabs refresh, URL type changes, and tenant ID updates).
Added a debug-only scope label to the popup panel, displayed next to the "Go to Expert options" button, to show the currently active scope for the focused tab.

Changed
Refined popup footer layout so the debug scope label renders in the intended location, immediately to the right of the Expert options button.
Updated popup save flows (global, tenant, and subscription settings) to refresh the scope label in-place after settings changes, removing the need to close and reopen the popup.
Bumped extension version to 2.2.3 in src/manifest.json.
