py-pure-client and purestorage are no longer installed since the purestorage loci profile was dropped in Oct 2025. py-pure-client===1.55.0 conflicts with the setuptools<70 constraint, breaking the dalmatian requirements image build. Change-Id: Ib01bd37b979eb9adc81efc69a807c872fd1697a7
