Backend API for Online Exam application

Installation:

1. recommended to clone with current "vendor" folder to avoid dependency breakage.
2. migrate "example.sql" file via any database client, ex. phpmyadmin. It will create necessary database and tables
3. create ".env" file and place the variables from your local environment
4. "composer start"
