Feature Request: Support for Scheduled Auto-Sync and Suppressing Sync Confirmation Dialog

I'd like to suggest a feature improvement for the Obsidian Sync plugin to enhance usability and automation:

🧠 Feature Request

Automatic scheduled sync

Please consider adding support for periodic automatic syncing at user-defined intervals (e.g., every 5, 10, or 30 minutes). This would be useful for users who want to ensure their vaults stay up to date without having to trigger the sync manually.

Suppress confirmation dialog on sync

Currently, when triggering sync, a confirmation dialog appears. It would be great to have an option in the plugin settings to disable or suppress this dialog, especially in automated or background sync scenarios.

🌟 Use Case

I want to keep my notes in sync in the background, and the current manual steps + dialog box make it hard to do so seamlessly. These two improvements would make the plugin significantly more friendly for users who rely on automation or simply want less friction in their daily workflow.

💡 Possible Options

• A toggle setting like Enable auto-sync every X minutes
• A toggle like Suppress sync confirmation dialog

I recently pushed some major updates, so I'll make sure to implement these in the next release.
