…p 7 [soloco-3krzl] Loop audit 2026-06-18 found agents asking 'want me to verify?' (treating close-the-loop as optional) and claiming done on cron/deployment changes without actually firing them. Changes to step 7 of the PR-level checklist: - Headline: 'Never ask permission -- just do it' + 'verification is part of done, not an optional extra' - Adds explicit cron/scheduled-task/deployment bullet: fire once, observe output, wiring-looks-correct is not evidence - UI bullet: adds 'Looks fine in the code is not evidence -- render it and look' to mirror the CEO prompt wording
