Add locked-item marking: fade locked items with optional filler icon
Settings overhaul: dropdown consolidation, quest-state NPC override General settings become themed dropdowns (NPC Locks, Ground Items, Item Usage, Banking, Grand Exchange, Coin Settings) speaking Locked/Unlocked; forced drop folds into Item Usage, shops always refuse locked items, option hiding is inherent. Thieving gains its tier dropdown with H.A.M. and Master Farmer Insanity toggles, shipping pickpocket loot data and the karambwan fix. Quest NPCs: restriction now consults quest state - NPCs of started or finished quests stay visible and talkable in every mode (Attack still card-gated), the CotS Mark waiver applies itself while the quest runs, and unmatched quest names fail open. The Allow CotS guards toggle is retired. One-time migration maps every retired key.
