Add Adventure Planner

What

Adds Adventure Planner to the RuneLite Plugin Hub.

Adventure Planner provides short, varied account-progression tasks based on player levels and locally scanned bank supplies. It also includes configurable daily and weekly checklists, recurring Farming and Birdhouse timers, and local Shooting Star detection for the current scene and world.

Player impact

Players can plan diary and maxing progress in 30, 60 and 90 minute activities while using supplies they already own. The plugin does not automate gameplay and does not send account or bank data over the network.

Validation

• 64 local tests pass
• Public repository GitHub Actions build passes
• Plugin source targets Java 11
• No network calls, telemetry, subprocesses, JNI or direct reflection
