Update bank-value-history

Updates Bank Value History to the latest plugin commit.

Changes included in this update:

Added:

• STOP button to the side panel and improved dashboard service controls
• Multi-profile dashboard support with automatic profile loading and browser-side profile switching
• Inventory/worn equipment capture, combined Bank + Inventory + Worn GE/HA totals, and visual Inventory & Worn dashboard view
• .json.gz snapshot storage
• Snapshot deletion with matching asset cleanup
• Per-profile/per-snapshot icon storage with refresh/versioning

Improved:

• Dashboard layout, summary cards, snapshot picker, and compare controls
• Total wealth chart and delta calculations to use combined value
• OSRS Wiki matching for charged, degraded, untradeable, and fallback item variants

Fixed:

• Fixed “Open data folder” from the browser dashboard
• Fixed issue when taking snapshot if user had selected a bank tag
• New captures writing icons into the legacy global icon folder
