added toggle to open/close the split chat if you have messages (hide , unhide) added game message to show the plugin has had an update at to check for new settings attempt to fix the System countdown timers being faded which was an issue from runelite#1
Fixed a major issue that using the letter assigned to the hotkey would trigger even while typing. Now it should let you type the letter without triggering the toggle. must be using the "press enter to chat" function.
