feat: canonical Teams cleanup and Pi 0.80 refresh

Summary

• make Teams, Team Templates, and Team Policy the only production vocabulary and remove Group/Profile Group/Harness compatibility surfaces
• consolidate the alpha database into clean-install-only 0001_init.sql and remove the old migration chain/prototype UI
• update Pi packages to 0.80.6, migrate legacy Pi globals to @earendil-works/pi-ai/compat, and expose GPT-5.6 Luna/Terra/Sol examples
• add the reusable refresh-pi-models Codex skill, reconciled docs/backlog, and release Changesets

Breaking alpha note

Existing Bazilion data must be wiped and bootstrapped again. No database, API, URL, CLI, or filesystem compatibility adapters are retained.

• fresh temporary daemon bootstrap: only 0001_init, no Group/Harness tables
