Adds an archive notice to the top of the README, announcing that Next CRM is being archived and pointing users to Frappe CRM, the migration app, and Frappe CRM XT.

This branch is based on main and contains only the README change (cherry-picked from chore/archive-notice), without the unrelated property_setter / crm_fields_layout / patches changes that the original branch carried via its merge commit.
