Resolve the ~290-commit divergence in favor of main's architecture (watch planner, internal/framework move, lenient kongtoml, no [warn] noise) while keeping ux-overhaul's additive work: dry-run JSON plans, dry-run job-selection line, watch --dry-run guidance, watch run no-op flag rejection, docs restructure with output contracts, and the CLI inventory harness. The superseded watch-find/watchsession stack and strict TOML schema remain in pre-merge history for selective extraction.
