1.4.38 highlights

  • WordPress Abilities API bridge — every Royal MCP tool registers as a WP ability (WP 6.9+). Three transports for the same handlers: native /wp-json/royal-mcp/v1/mcp, WordPress MCP Adapter (named royal-mcp-server), and WP core REST at /wp-json/wp-abilities/v1/abilities/{name}/run.
  • Redirection integration (4 tools) — list, create, update redirects, list groups. Auto-loads when the Redirection plugin is active.
  • .mcpb Claude Desktop bundle — one-click Claude Desktop install with a zero-dependency stdio-to-HTTPS bridge; download from the GitHub release.
  • royal_mcp_connection_health returns active page-builder versions (Divi, Elementor, Gutenberg) so agents can plan multi-step operations without a probe call.
  • wp_get_option allowlist extended to include googlesitekit_analytics-4_settings for Site Kit integration.
  • Founding Members waitlist notification for the upcoming Royal MCP Pro release.

Tool counts

Up to 144 max (73 WordPress core + 71 conditional integrations).

Docs

README.md and readme.txt synced with the new tool counts, Redirection + RAIF integration rows, and Abilities API section.
