Upgrades dependencies in the podspec:

• lottie-ios: ~> 4.3.3 → ~> 4.5.0
• Rownd: ~> 3.14.2 → ~> 3.14.6

Resolves peer dependency conflict for consumers using lottie-react-native 7+ which requires lottie-ios 4.5.0.

⚠️ Merge after rownd/ios#122 is released, so the new iOS SDK version is available on CocoaPods.

Version bump left for release-it.
