- New src/utils/mcp-lock.js with read/write/add/remove operations
- Integrate lockfile into addMcpServer, removeMcpServer, updateMcpServer
- Add MCP server restore to rolecraft ci command
- 12 new tests for lockfile module and integration
- Update docs: mcp.md, ci.md, architecture.md, reference.md
