Next, I’d test for concurrency race conditions, XSS script sanitization, and how the app handles thousands of tasks in memory.
The biggest surprise was a sneaky bug where marking a task complete secretly reset its priority from high to medium, plus page 1 pagination skipped the first 10 items.
Before hitting production, I’d ask how we're plugging in a real database, handling user authentication, and setting up rate limiting.
