Upgrade MVC, Helpers, Extensions, Razor, WebPages, Newtonsoft. Added packages.config for nuget.
Fixed name of "GoogleClient.cs"
Fixed callback example to "LoginSuccess" so the name matches the existing controller route (function)
Uncommented function "AcceptedRedirectUrl" in OAuthWebConfigurationElement.cs
So now this project (example) will work as-is, (after each provider is configured, of course)
