Alembic initialized and integrated successfully for database migrations. Environment variables fixed and properly managed for configuration. Codebase refactored to decouple database models from CRUD operations, improving separation of concerns. Alembic migration scripts now handle schema changes previously managed directly via SQLAlchemy ORM calls.
Core user-related functionality remains stable, with CRUD, authentication, and permission systems intact. Code cleanup completed to align with best practices and maintainability.
